 How should I install the charging station and RTK base station?

The charging station should be placed on level ground (slope <5°) in an open area with no obstructions within 2 meters. The RTK base station, which is crucial for positioning, must be installed more than 2.5 meters away from walls or metal fences, with no overhead obstructions within a 120° angle above it.

Is the mower waterproof and can it be used in the rain?

Yes, the mower has an IPX6 waterproof rating, allowing it to be rinsed with water. It also has a rain sensor that will automatically return it to the charging station when rain is detected. However, for the health of your lawn, it is recommended to avoid mowing in heavy rain.

Why does the mower stop during operation?

The mower may stop due to several reasons: the RTK signal is blocked, the RTK base station loses power, the mower goes out of bounds (e.g., on a slope >18°), or it becomes stuck or lifted. Check the APP or the mower's display for specific error codes.

What should I do if the mower's speed varies during cutting?

This is a normal function. When the mower detects thick or tall grass, it will slow down to ensure a clean cut. Once the grass condition improves, the mower will automatically resume its normal speed.

The machine doesn’t turn on.

Possible Cause:​ Insufficient battery power. Battery temperature is too high or too low.

Solution:​ Fully charge the device before use (it will not operate below 40% battery). Only use and charge within an ambient temperature of 50°F (10°C) to 104°F (40°C).

The machine fails to charge.

Possible Cause:​ Water in the charging port. Chemical residues on the solar panel surface.

Solution:​ Ensure the charging port is completely dry before charging. Clean any residues from the solar panel promptly.

The machine doesn’t move, work, spins in place, or has reduced speed/cleaning ability.

Possible Cause:​ Foreign objects wrapped around the propellers or suction port roller. The filter basket is full or blocked.

Solution:​ Clean any debris from the propellers and suction port roller promptly. Empty and clean the filter basket regularly.

The machine gets stuck.

Possible Cause:​ Stuck on steps, sunbathing areas, or similar obstacles. Suction from the pool skimmer port.

Solution:​ Install all four anti-stranding bars before use. Attach the provided anti-stuck foam noodle to the pool skimmer port.

How to switch cleaning modes, and what do they do?

Press the power button for 1s to cycle through 4 modes: Smart (wall→waterline→floor when <50% battery), Floor (S-shaped), Wall (U-shaped), Auto (radial floor+wall).

What does red-blue alternating flashing indicate, and how to fix it?

It means motor/impeller blockage (check corresponding mode light); clean tracks, roller brushes, impeller/motor shaft, restart.

How to maintain the robot for optimal performance?

Clean the filter basket after each use; regularly remove debris from tracks/roller brushes/outlet; rinse with fresh water if used in saltwater or extreme pH water.

How to connect to Wi-Fi and app?

Supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. Scan manual QR code to download the app. Hold designated keys for 5s (hear "Reset wifi" prompt, blue indicator flashes slowly), follow in-app steps. Keep within good Wi-Fi range.

Robot won’t start/clean?

First fully recharge on charging base. Ensure ambient temp 0°C-50°C. Clear foreign objects tangled in rolling/side brushes if issue persists.

Dust collector red indicator flashing?

Dust bag full or improperly installed. Replace with new bag, ensure it’s seated and cover closed. Clear dust discharge tunnel blockages if flashing continues.

Maintain water tank and mop?

Remove mop module to clean (don’t clean attached to tank). Clean mop promptly after use, replace every 6-12 months. Firmly insert water inlet when filling to avoid leaks.
